AUSTRALIAN submarine and shipbuilder, ASC has appointment four new directors to the company Board.
Sally Pitkin and John O’Connell have been appointed for three year terms while Bruce Carter and David Miles for two year terms.
“All of the new directors bring a wealth of experience to the Board which will be an invaluable contribution in leading ASC into a new era,” ASC chairman Chris Ritchie says.
“The new Board members join ASC at a pivotal time with construction on the Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyer commencing shortly and a renewed focus on the Collins Class maintenance program.”
