Settlement reached after rent dispute

ADELAIDE Ship Construction International has settled a rental dispute with Defence SA.

The out of court settlement was reached when the Adelaide Ship Construction International’s lawyer told the Supreme Court both parties have reached an agreement and wish to terminate legal action.

ABC News reported Adelaide Ship Construction International had previously claimed Defence SA doubled its rent for its Gillman shipyard.
